3.7 Autopilots |

Horizon has the ability to connect to an Autopilot to provide procedure deviation hints. The Autopilot then may decide to control the aircraft according to the deviation from the current flight plan / procedure. Please note that Horizon itself does not control or steer anything. The decision how to control the aircraft is done by the autopilot and the pilot in command. Currently only the Autopilot from FlyBox Avionics (http://www.flyboxavionics.it/) is supported. It can be set up in the "Sensor Setup" (Menu -> Setup -> Sensor Setup) by choosing "FlyBox Autopilot + Sensors" and pressing "Use". |
